A chain active throughout northern and central Italy since 1974, with over 220 points of sale dedicated to home and personal care. In 2017 there was a new communication challenge: complete rebranding. A new name and logo, new outfitting for the points of sale, new website, and digital communication. The message to be communicated remained unchanged: affinity to women, to her home, to her family, to her desires.
The restyling of the web communication involved the structuring of a new platform, with the possibility of consulting commercial information from the points of sale and beyond. Indeed, a blog was created with entertainment and engagement sections, integrated with request forms for user questions. Finally, a company page on Facebook for social content sharing was created.
Online contests and prize events are a great opportunity for engagement and branding. This is why the Vinci il Cinema di Venezia competition was conceived and implemented in its seven editions, for which we took care of the creative concept and its dissemination on the store and on different forms of media, the development of the gaming platform, and organizing the holidays for the winners.
A second big annual event was held, with the game: Scegli la Natura e Vinci il Benessere. Thanks to collaboration with various brands in the beauty and organic world, wellness prizes were made available to customers. On this occasion too we took care of the creative, web, and social development of all the editions.
The two major events of the year were accompanied by further initiatives, especially designed for digital communication. The goal: to involve the community and translate virtual engagement into loyalty at the point of sale.
